2. Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a damaged, incorrect, or undelivered item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
3. Order Cancellations & Instant Refunds
If you decide to cancel your order or request an instant refund before shipping, we completely understand.
However, please note:
- A small processing fee (typically 2–3%) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the non-refundable payment gateway/card processing charges.
- This applies to all cancellations and refunds requested prior to order dispatch, including change-of-mind or accidental purchases.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products.
- Items not in original packaging or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such).
- Toys showing clear signs of wear.
5. Refund Processing Time

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
